About Our IV Therapy Clinic Serving Lakewood Ranch
A small independent infusion practice in Bradenton, run by a board-certified physician and a team of Florida-licensed registered nurses. Not a drip bar, not a franchise, and not a med spa that added IVs to the menu.

Who We Are
This site serves Lakewood Ranch and the surrounding Suncoast for Ultimate IV and Wellness, an independent infusion and wellness practice at 7262 55th Avenue E in Bradenton.
It is the same practice, the same clinicians and the same protocols as the Bradenton clinic, at the same prices. What is different is the coverage: a substantial share of our patients are in Lakewood Ranch, Parrish and the communities east of the interstate, and a good deal of our work now happens in their homes rather than in our chairs.
The practice is led by a board-certified general surgeon as medical director and staffed by Florida-licensed registered nurses. It is independently owned. There is no parent franchise setting the menu, no corporate protocol handed down, and no incentive structure that rewards selling you a larger drip than you need.
What We Actually Believe About IV Therapy
Four positions that shape every page on this site, and occasionally cost us a booking.
01
Most people do not need a drip
Water-soluble vitamins you do not need are filtered out within hours, and mild dehydration responds perfectly well to a glass of water and a meal. We say so at the desk. The people who benefit most are those who are genuinely depleted or cannot absorb orally — a narrower group than any drip menu implies.
02
Oversight is the product
Anyone can hang a bag. What you are actually buying is a physician-approved protocol, a nurse who screens you properly, and someone qualified in the room if you react. Where that is missing, the price difference makes sense — and so does the risk.
03
No claim we cannot support
We do not say IV therapy treats named diseases, reverses aging or detoxifies organs that already do that job. Where a regulator has published a position that is inconvenient for us, we publish it too. The ozone page is the clearest example.
04
Publish the awkward parts
Prices, contraindications, side effects, who we turn away, and where the evidence is thin. All of it is on the site rather than in a consent form you sign in the chair.
How We Are Set Up
Three practical things that describe the practice better than an About page usually does.
A clinic, plus a mobile service
Infusions happen either in the Bradenton clinic or at your address. The mobile service covers Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Parrish and the surrounding areas, and it is a registered nurse who travels — not a technician with a cooler.
Compounded, not off a shelf
Preparations come from accredited compounding pharmacies — Strive Compounding Pharmacy and Olympia Pharmaceuticals. We name them because sterility is the entire safety question when something goes into a vein, and a clinic that cannot name its source is telling you something.
No referral needed
There are physicians on staff, so you do not need a referral from anyone to be seen. That is convenience, not a shortcut — the screening still happens, and it still produces refusals.

Mobile visits are scheduled around clinic hours and the nurse’s route, so the earliest available slot for a home visit is often not the earliest slot in the clinic. Ask when you book rather than assuming.
“A clinic that has never told anybody no is not screening anybody. That is the whole test, and it is worth applying to us as readily as to anyone else.”
What we would want you to ask
An Infusion Practice or a Wellness Bar?
The category contains both, they are priced similarly, and from the outside they look almost identical.
What an infusion practice looks like
A named physician who has approved every protocol on the menu. Registered nurses administering. An intake that asks about your kidneys, your heart, your medications and your allergies before anything is scheduled. Prescription medications on the menu — which a med spa cannot legally dispense — and the screening that has to go with them.
What a wellness bar looks like
A waiver instead of an intake. A medical director listed somewhere but never involved. Marketing names instead of ingredient lists. Everyone treated, whatever their history. Often perfectly pleasant, frequently cheaper, and a genuinely different proposition from what is described on this page.
Why There Is a Separate Site for Lakewood Ranch
A fair question, and the honest answer is that it serves two purposes rather than one.
The practical one: a large and growing share of our patients are in Lakewood Ranch, Parrish and the communities east of I-75, and much of that work is mobile. A site written for that area covers the things those patients actually ask about — travel coverage, home visits, what happens in a gated community, whether it is the same nurses.
The second is that it gave us room to write the pages the main site does not have. Most of what you will find here is not a menu. It is the ingredient explanations, the medical-oversight material, the contraindications, the honest evidence positions and the comparisons — the questions people research before they book anywhere, which almost nobody in the IV therapy industry answers properly.
It is the same IV therapy practice either way. If you are in Bradenton and you found this site, nothing about your treatment or your price changes.
What Happens When You Get in Touch
Three steps, and none of them is a booking bot.
01
You tell us what is going on
Through the form or by phone. Say what has been happening rather than which drip you want — the second frequently changes once we have heard the first.
02
A nurse calls you back
We go through your history, medications and what you are hoping for, and recommend something. Sometimes that recommendation is bloodwork, or your own doctor, or nothing at all.
03
We schedule it
Clinic or mobile, with the price confirmed beforehand and any prerequisites — bloodwork for iron infusion, screening for ozone — arranged before the appointment rather than discovered on the day.
Where We Are and What the Visit Is Like
The clinic is at 7262 55th Avenue E in Bradenton, a short drive from most of Lakewood Ranch and straightforward to reach from Parrish and Sarasota. Parking is on site.
Infusions happen in a private room in a recliner rather than in an open bay, which matters more than it sounds — a Myers’ cocktail takes the better part of an hour and an NAD+ infusion can take an afternoon. You are welcome to bring a laptop, a book or somebody with you.
A nurse stays with you rather than starting the drip and leaving the room. On the longer and higher-risk infusions that is not hospitality, it is the point: NAD+ rate adjustment, ozone monitoring and iron infusion observation all depend on somebody being present and paying attention.
If you would rather not travel, the same nurses run the same protocols at your address. The difference is logistics and cost, not standard of care.
What We Are Good At, and What We Are Not
Worth saying plainly, because it saves everyone a wasted appointment.
Where we are genuinely useful
Rehydration when you cannot keep fluids down. Correcting a measured deficiency under supervision. Iron infusion where bloodwork supports it. Regular B12 for someone who genuinely cannot absorb it. Symptom relief during an illness. Delivering nutrients when your gut is not cooperating — and doing all of it with a clinician in the room.
Where we are the wrong answer
Diagnosing why you are tired. Treating a named disease. Replacing a physician who is already managing something. Anything that needs monitoring over weeks rather than hours. If what you describe sounds like it needs investigating rather than infusing, the recommendation will be bloodwork and a doctor — and that happens often enough that we plan for it.
Two Things We Do Not Yet Publish
It would be poor form to run a site built on transparency and quietly skip the gaps, so here are ours.
We do not currently publish individual license numbers for our clinicians. Everyone is Florida-licensed and the medical director is board-certified, both of which are verifiable through the Florida Department of Health’s public license portal using the names on this site. Publishing the numbers themselves is something we would rather do properly than approximately.
We also do not carry a physician-review byline on our clinical pages. Plenty of IV therapy sites do, and it is a strong signal where it reflects a genuine review process. We are not going to add one until it reflects ours.
Both are reasonable things for a careful reader to want. Saying so seemed better than hoping nobody noticed.
The Team Behind Every Treatment
Every protocol on this site is approved by our medical director, and every infusion is given by a Florida-licensed registered nurse who reviews your history first. Three clinicians are named on this site, and you can look all of them up.
That is the part of an IV clinic worth comparing, and it is the reason we put the names on the page rather than the word ‘team’.
Medical director: Dr Stephen Jones — board-certified general surgeon since 2016, Northeast Ohio Medical University. Founder and lead nurse: Erica Barshay, RN BSN.
What Treatments Cost
Every drip and every injection is published with its price, along with all five membership tiers. No consultation is required to find out what something costs.
Health insurance does not cover elective IV therapy. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and CareCredit is available for larger costs.
Questions About the Practice
The clinic is at 7262 55th Avenue E, Bradenton, FL 34203, and we serve Lakewood Ranch, Parrish and the surrounding areas both in clinic and by mobile visit.
Yes. Same practice, same clinicians, same protocols, same prices, one address. This site serves the Lakewood Ranch area and covers the questions patients research before booking; it is not a separate business.
No. There are physicians on staff, so you can book directly. The screening still happens and it still sometimes produces a no.
Florida-licensed registered nurses, working to protocols approved by our medical director, Dr Stephen Jones, a board-certified general surgeon.
Accredited compounding pharmacies — Strive Compounding Pharmacy and Olympia Pharmaceuticals. Ask us on the day and we will tell you which supplied what.
No. Elective IV therapy is not covered by health insurance. HSA and FSA cards are accepted and CareCredit is available.
No. Prescription medications appear on the menu — Toradol, Zofran and famotidine among them — which requires a prescriber, standing orders and the screening that goes with them. That is the structural difference between an infusion practice and a wellness bar.
Regularly. It is the most common awkward conversation we have, and the reason the honest version is written into every service page rather than left to the desk.
