How to Reach Us
Whichever route suits you, the inquiry ends up in front of a clinician rather than a call center.
Phone: (941) 588-7770. A secondary line, (941) 393-0075, is also published. Calling is the quickest way to get a straight answer about availability, particularly for a same-day mobile visit.
Email: info@ultimateivwellness.com, or use the form on this page. Both are read the same day during opening hours. Email suits a detailed question — a medication you are unsure about, a condition you want checked against a treatment — because you can write it out properly and get a considered answer back.
Online booking runs through the practice’s Jane App scheduling system once you know what you want. If you are not sure yet, talk to a nurse first rather than guessing at a formula.
Where We Are
One clinic, with a mobile service that covers the surrounding communities.
01
The clinic
Ultimate IV and Wellness, 7262 55th Avenue E, Bradenton, FL 34203. A short drive from most of Lakewood Ranch and straightforward from across Manatee County.
02
Mobile visits
Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota and Parrish, plus the surrounding areas. A nurse treats you at home, in a hotel or at your workplace.
03
Parking and access
On-site parking at the clinic. If mobility is a factor, say so when you get in touch — it may be the reason a mobile visit is the better option for you.
Hours and Same-Day Availability
When we are open, and what is realistic on the day.
Monday to Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm. The fullest availability, and the best chance of a same-day slot if you call early.
Saturday
8:00am to 2:00pm. Popular, so worth calling ahead rather than arriving on spec.
Sunday
Closed. Inquiries sent on a Sunday are picked up first thing Monday.

What happens after you get in touch
What Happens After You Inquire
Setting expectations properly, because vagueness here is how people get sold things.
Who reads it
A registered nurse — not a receptionist working from a price list. That matters because the first useful question is usually whether the treatment you are asking about is the right one, and only a clinician can answer that.
What they will ask
What is going on, what you have already tried, your medications and any relevant conditions. It is the beginning of the screening rather than a qualifying call, and one legitimate outcome is being told an infusion is not the right tool for this.
Booking a Mobile Visit
Mobile visits work slightly differently, and the extra step is deliberate.
Get in touch by phone or the form and say where you are. If you are within Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota or Parrish the answer is almost always yes; just outside those, it depends on the day.
An intake form is then reviewed by a licensed medical provider before a nurse is dispatched. That review is what makes treating you in your living room equivalent to treating you in a clinic, and it is the reason a mobile visit cannot be booked quite as instantly as a haircut.
A registered nurse then treats you on site, with the same screening and the same protocols. How mobile visits work →
What to Include When You Get in Touch
The more of this you give us, the more useful the call back.
01
What is going on
In your own words. Symptoms, how long, what has already been tried, and what you are hoping to change.
02
Your medications and conditions
Including supplements and anything over the counter, plus allergies. This is what a nurse screens against, and it is what determines whether a treatment is appropriate.
03
Where and when
Clinic or mobile, your city, and roughly when suits. That is enough for a nurse to tell you what is actually available.
Who You Are Actually Contacting
Worth being plain about before you pick up the phone.
This is a Lakewood Ranch site for Ultimate IV and Wellness. Your inquiry goes to that practice, and treatment happens at their Bradenton clinic or at your location through the mobile service. Same clinicians, same protocols, same phone number.
We state it because a satellite site that hides its parent is a lead-generation shell, and you are entitled to know who will be treating you before you hand over a medical history.
The clinicians are named with their training on our team page, and every one is verifiable by name through the Florida Department of Health’s public license verification portal. Meet the team →
Two Things You Do Not Need Before Contacting Us
Both stop people from getting in touch, and neither should.
A referral
You do not need one. The practice has physicians on staff, so no letter from another clinician is required to book anything on the menu.
A decision
You do not need to know which drip you want. Plenty of inquiries are simply “here is what is going on, is this even the right thing?” — which is a better question than picking a formula off a menu, and it is free to ask.
If It Is Urgent
One important limit on what this page is for.
We are a wellness and infusion practice with published opening hours, not an emergency service. If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, fainting, confusion or any symptom that feels severe or is worsening quickly, call 911 or go to an emergency department rather than sending us a form.
Severe dehydration in particular is a situation where emergency care is the right call. An infusion appointment is appropriate for the level below that — unwell, depleted, not keeping fluids down, but stable.
If you are not sure which side of that line you are on, err toward emergency care. We would much rather you did.
Who Answers, and Who Decides
Inquiries are read by registered nurses, who screen against protocols the medical director approved. Anything falling outside an approved protocol is escalated to the physician rather than waved through.
That includes saying no. A nurse can decline a treatment on screening grounds without escalating, and it happens.
Medical director: Dr Stephen Jones — board-certified general surgeon since 2016, Northeast Ohio Medical University. Founder and lead nurse: Erica Barshay, RN BSN.
Before You Ask About Cost
Every drip, injection and membership tier is published with its price, so you can check before you call rather than having to ask.
Insurance is not accepted. HSA and FSA are, and CareCredit financing is available.

No. The practice has physicians on staff, so no referral from another clinician is needed.
Often, particularly if you call early in the day. We do not publish a guaranteed window because availability genuinely varies — call and you will get the real answer.
A registered nurse. They will ask what is going on, what you have tried, and what medications and conditions you have, because that is the start of the screening.
Ask it. That is the kind of inquiry this is for, and a nurse will answer specifically — including telling you when an infusion is not the right tool.
