Who Delivers Your Treatment: The Ultimate IV and Wellness Partnership
This is a Lakewood Ranch site for Ultimate IV and Wellness. Same clinicians, same protocols, same clinic in Bradenton. Here is exactly how that works.

Who Delivers Your Treatment
Every treatment described on this site is delivered by Ultimate IV and Wellness, at 7262 55th Avenue E, Bradenton, FL 34203, or at your own address through their mobile service.
The clinicians are theirs: a board-certified medical director who approves every protocol on the menu, and two Florida-licensed registered nurses who screen and treat you. All are named with their training on our team page, and every one is verifiable by name through the Florida Department of Health’s public license portal.
The protocols are theirs too — the same exclusion criteria, the same screening, the same standing orders that allow prescription medications like Toradol and Zofran to appear on the menu at all. Nothing about the clinical side changes because you arrived through this site rather than another one.
That is the substance of it. What follows is why the site exists, which is a fair question to ask.
Why This Site Exists
The honest answer, rather than the one that would be easier to write.
01
Lakewood Ranch is right next door
The clinic sits minutes away in Bradenton and a great many of its patients come from Lakewood Ranch. A community that close warrants being written for directly rather than being a line on somebody else’s location page.
02
Depth the main site does not have room for
A practice site has to cover everything at once. This one can spend two thousand words on what is in a drip, who should not have one, and what the evidence for ozone actually says — which is the level of detail a careful person is looking for.
03
Search is how people find this
Someone in Lakewood Ranch searching for IV therapy nearby should find a page written about that, not a generic service page. That is a legitimate reason for a site to exist, and pretending otherwise would be coy.
04
It adds, it does not replace
This site is built to reach people the practice was not already reaching. It is not a competing business and it is not a different clinic.
What Is Shared
The things that determine the quality of your care are all the practice’s.
The clinicians
Dr Stephen Jones as medical director, and registered nurses Erica Barshay and Christy Lippmann. The same people either way.
The protocols
Every formula, every exclusion criterion, every screening step is the practice’s physician-approved protocol. This site describes them; it does not write them.
The standards
Pharmacy-grade preparations, sterile compounding, licensed RN administration, and escalation to the physician for anything outside protocol.
The prices
Our pricing page mirrors the practice’s published menu exactly. There is no separate rate card for arriving through this site. Pricing →

The point of this page
Where You Actually Go
Two options, and both are the same practice.
The clinic
7262 55th Avenue E, Bradenton, FL 34203. Open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 2pm. A short drive from most of Lakewood Ranch, and the right choice for treatments that need the clinic setting — iron infusion in particular, which requires bloodwork and a provider consultation first.
Your own address
The mobile service covers Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota and Parrish plus the surrounding areas, treating you at home, in a hotel or at work. An intake form is reviewed by a licensed medical provider before a nurse is dispatched. Mobile IV therapy →
How Booking and Follow-Up Work
There is one system, not two, which is the part that matters practically.
An inquiry made here is read by a registered nurse at the practice and answered by them. Scheduling runs through the practice’s own Jane App system, and your appointment sits in the same diary as everybody else’s.
Your record is held by the practice. That means a follow-up visit, a repeat treatment or a question months later goes to clinicians who already have your history — you are not starting again with a different organization because you first arrived through a different website.
If you have been to the Bradenton clinic before and find this site later, you are already a patient of the practice. Nothing needs transferring.
How to Check Any of This Yourself
All three take a couple of minutes and none of them require taking our word for it.
01
Look up the clinicians
Florida Department of Health license verification is public, free and searchable by name. Every clinician named on our team page can be found there.
02
Compare the menus
Our pricing page mirrors the practice’s published menu. Two tabs open side by side will confirm it faster than any assurance on this page.
03
Call the number
(941) 588-7770 reaches the practice directly. It is the same number published on their own site, which is the simplest verification of all.
What We Will Not Claim About This Relationship
The limits here matter more than usual, because this is the page where a satellite site is most tempted to overstate.
We do not describe a corporate, ownership, franchise or licensing structure, because none is published and inventing one would be exactly the kind of claim this site exists to avoid making elsewhere.
We do not present this as a second clinic, a branch or a separate location. There is one clinic and it is in Bradenton. A site claiming a Lakewood Ranch premises that does not exist would be lying about the single most checkable fact on it.
And we do not claim credit for the clinical work. The protocols, the screening and the care are the practice’s. What this site contributes is the explanation.
Two Questions Worth Asking About Any Satellite Site
Including this one — the answers are the whole test.
“Who actually treats me?”
A site that cannot answer this immediately, by name, with credentials you can verify, is a lead-generation page rather than a clinic. Ours answers it on the team page, and every name there is checkable through a public state portal.
“Where is the premises?”
A local site implying a local address that does not exist is the most common form of this deception. There is one clinic, in Bradenton, at an address published identically here and on the practice’s own site.
Why We Put This on a Page Instead of in a Footer
A disclosure buried in small print is a disclosure designed not to be read.
In a category where a great many sites are built to capture searches and sell the lead on, being straightforward about who you are dealing with is genuinely useful information rather than a legal formality. You are about to give somebody a medical history and let them put a cannula in your arm. Knowing which organization that is seems like a reasonable thing to be told clearly.
It is also, frankly, the strongest thing we can say. The practice has a real clinic, real named clinicians with verifiable licenses, a physician approving every protocol, and prescription medications on its menu that a med spa could not legally offer. Pointing at that plainly is better than any amount of copy about trust.
The Clinical Authority Sits With the Practice
Every protocol is written and approved by the practice’s medical director, and every infusion is given by one of its Florida-licensed registered nurses. This site makes no clinical decisions and holds no medical records.
Anything falling outside an approved protocol goes to the physician, exactly as it would for a patient who never saw this site.
Medical director: Dr Stephen Jones — board-certified general surgeon since 2016, Northeast Ohio Medical University. Founder and lead nurse: Erica Barshay, RN BSN.
Pricing Is the Practice's
Our pricing page mirrors the published menu exactly. There is no separate rate for arriving through this site, and no referral fee added anywhere.
Memberships, first-visit discounts and mobile rates are all the practice’s own.
Questions About This Site and the Practice
One of the registered nurses at Ultimate IV and Wellness — most often Erica Barshay, the founder and lead nurse. All three clinicians are named with their training on our team page and verifiable through Florida’s public license portal.
No. There is one clinic, at 7262 55th Avenue E in Bradenton, plus a mobile service. This site has no separate premises.
Because that is where the clinic is. Lakewood Ranch sits immediately alongside it, which is why a site written for that community makes sense — but claiming a Lakewood Ranch premises that does not exist would not.
No. Our pricing mirrors the practice’s published menu exactly, and there is no additional fee of any kind.
The practice does. Scheduling runs through their Jane App system and your history stays with the clinicians who treat you.
This site serves Lakewood Ranch patients and explains the treatments in depth; Ultimate IV and Wellness delivers them. Same clinicians, same protocols, same clinic. We do not describe any corporate or ownership arrangement because none is published.
Look the clinicians up on the Florida Department of Health portal, compare our pricing page against the practice’s published menu, and call (941) 588-7770 — the same number on their own site.
