How Our Pricing Works
Three numbers can apply to the same treatment, and knowing which one you are looking at makes the whole menu easier to read.
The published price is what a non-member pays in the clinic. The member price comes through a monthly membership rather than as a discount applied at the desk — you join a tier, and the tier includes treatments. The mobile price adds a travel component for a nurse to come to you, consistently around $100 on top across the menu.
These are the same prices as our Bradenton clinic. This site serves Lakewood Ranch and the surrounding area for the same practice, at the same rates, with the same clinicians — not a separate price list for a separate postcode.
Everything below is current at the time of writing. Prices do change; if you are budgeting for something specific, confirm it when you book rather than relying on a web page you read a month ago.
Four Things That Change What You Actually Pay
All four are worth knowing before you book, and none of them are hidden.

Membership
Tiers run from one IV a month up to four, and include an injection per visit at the higher levels plus a percentage off retail and additional visits. Every tier carries a six-month commitment. If you come in more than about once a month, the arithmetic usually favors a tier.

Mobile visits
A nurse traveling to your home, office or hotel adds roughly $100 to the treatment price. That covers travel, setup and pack-down time rather than a different drip — the infusion itself is identical to the one you would get in the chair.

First visit
First-time visitors receive 10% off. It does not apply to NAD+, iron infusion or ozone therapy, which are the three highest-cost items on the menu and are excluded from the offer.

The weekday drip
One nominated drip each weekday runs at a promotional rate — Recharge on Monday, Immune on Tuesday, Myers’ Cocktail on Wednesday, Hydrate on Thursday and Energy Boost on Friday. If your drip is flexible, the day you come in matters.
Vitamin Injection Prices
Injections take about ten minutes and cost considerably less than a drip. Grouped by price band so the menu is readable.

NAD+ is priced by dose, so the figure above is a starting point rather than a single number — compare milligrams, not headline prices, if you are shopping around. Iron infusion requires bloodwork and a provider consultation before it can be scheduled, and that requirement is not waived for anyone.

Why every number is on this page
Pay Per Visit or Take a Membership?
There is no universally right answer, and it depends almost entirely on how often you actually come in rather than how often you intend to.
Pay per visit suits you if
You come in occasionally, seasonally, or when something specific has happened — a stomach bug, a heavy weekend, a rough flight. There is no commitment, no minimum term and nothing to cancel. Most of our patients are in this group and we are not going to push anyone out of it.
A membership suits you if
You are already coming in around once a month or more, or you intend to and want the structure to make it likely. Every tier runs on a six-month commitment, so it is worth being honest with yourself about frequency before signing. If you are not sure, pay per visit for a couple of months and look at what you actually spent.
What the Price Does and Does Not Include
The price of a drip covers the consultation at intake, the nurse’s time, all supplies, the preparation itself and the infusion. There is no separate consultation fee and no booking fee.
What sits outside it: bloodwork, where a treatment requires it. Iron infusion is the main case — it requires labs within one to two weeks beforehand and a provider consultation, and those are arranged separately. Testosterone therapy similarly runs on a monitoring schedule with its own costs.
Add-ons are priced individually, so a drip with an extra injection or a booster costs the drip price plus that item. Nothing is added without being discussed first — you will not discover an add-on on the receipt.
How Booking and Payment Work
Three steps, and the price is settled before anything goes in your arm.

Request a visit
Tell us what you are after and roughly when. We will confirm the treatment, the price, and whether it needs anything beforehand such as bloodwork.

Screening
Medications, allergies and relevant history. This occasionally changes the recommendation, and if it changes the price we tell you before, not after.

Payment
Card at the time of treatment. HSA and FSA cards are accepted; health insurance is not. CareCredit is available if you would rather spread a larger cost.
Membership Tiers and What Each One Includes
Memberships are how member pricing is delivered — you join a tier rather than receiving a discount at the desk. Every tier requires a six-month commitment.
Basic — $180 a month. One IV per month from the drips priced at $225 or under, plus 10% off additional visits, add-ons and the Buddy Pass.
Premium — $228 a month. One IV per month up to $265, one single-dose injection per visit, 10% off retail, additional visits, add-ons and Buddy Pass, and 5% off peptides.
Platinum — $399 a month. Two IVs per month up to $265, an injection per visit, one NUTRAFI vitamin spray, 10% off retail, 20% off additional treatments, 15% off Buddy Pass and 10% off peptides.
Elite — $578 a month. Three IVs per month up to $265, with the same benefits as Platinum. Ultimate — $765 a month. Four IVs per month up to $265, again with the Platinum benefits.
Promotional rates on membership run from time to time. If one is live when you inquire we will tell you; we are not going to print a promotional number here and leave it up after it has expired.
Paying With an HSA, an FSA or CareCredit
Health insurance does not cover elective IV therapy. These are the routes that do sometimes help.

Both are accepted here. Whether a specific treatment qualifies as an eligible expense depends on your plan and, in some cases, on whether a clinician has recommended it for a documented medical reason rather than for general wellness. CareCredit
Available for larger costs — a course of iron infusions, a testosterone program, or a membership paid up front. It is a third-party health credit product with its own terms and approval process, so read those rather than taking our summary of them. Why We Publish Every Price
Two reasons, and the second is the more honest one.
The first is that it saves everybody time. If a drip costs more than you want to spend, you should be able to find that out in ten seconds rather than after a phone call and a consultation. Most of the clinics on this search will not tell you a number without capturing your details first, and that is a lead-generation choice rather than a clinical one.
The second is that published prices make it much harder for us to quietly charge different people differently. A price on a page is a commitment. It is also the reason individual treatment pages on this site do not carry prices at all — they link here instead, so there is exactly one number for each item and no chance of a stale figure surviving on a page nobody has looked at in six months.
The Price Is Not the Only Thing Worth Comparing
Comparing IV therapy on price alone is how people end up somewhere that treats every walk-in, screens nobody, and cannot tell them what is in the bag. The relevant questions are who is administering it, which physician approved the protocol, and whether anyone will ever tell you that you do not need it.

Working Out Whether a Membership Is Worth It

The short version: if you are coming in about once a month or more, look at it. If you are coming in three times a year, do not.
